You cannot Evade Service Forever!!!
Upon showing that the trio of Senator Andy Uba, his daughter Barrister Crystal Chidinma Uba and Mr. Benjamin Etu have been evading service in the criminal case of IGP V. Andy Uba, Crystal Chidinma Uba and Benjamin Etu (IGP V FHC/ABJ/CR/538/2024), Justice E. I Ekwo on February 5, 2025 granted the Inspector General of Police’ motion for substituted service hence ordered that Andy Uba, his daughter Barrister Crystal Chidinma Uba and Mr. Benjamin Etu be served the charge sheet via social media and pasting same at their last known addresses.
Accordingly, Andy Uba, Crystal Chidinma Uba and Benjamin Etu are deemed served by way of this publication thus must appear in court on the next adjourned date of March 5, 2025 or risk warrant of arrest being issued against them.
