1. To serve as a databank for would-be and full-blown whistleblowers to deposit vital information.
2. To serve as a vehicle through which prospective and full-blown whistleblowers can discuss any issue germane to whistleblowing including but not limited to the benefits and risks of whistleblowing.
3. To aid Nigeria in building strong whistleblower and witness institutions.
4. To aid Nigeria in establishing a strong legal framework in order to protect and reward whistleblowers.
5. To fight for any whistleblower in Nigeria undergoing adverse treatment for whistleblowing all the way to the supreme court pro bono.
6. To hold workshops, seminars, and conferences on whistleblowing.
7. To ensure that any whistleblower who gives tips on corruption and security related matters before, during or after the fact (offense) is rewarded.
